Mk 3 Amp cable?

Had a look under the bonnet of my Mk3 8v GTi and can't see anywhere obvious to run the power cable through for my amp,anyone able to help? Cheers

There is usually a gromit somewhere in the bulk head you can use. alternately you can drill your own hole. just make sure you seal it properly if you do.

I can't be trusted with a drill,me a sharp objects don't work together too well. I pull the carpet out on the passenger side maybe something will be more obvious from inside.

Im sure youd be fine.

There is a gromit somewhere there, just cant remember where it is. if your that bothered, run the cable down the bulk head and under the car. come up through a gromit in the boot.

If yours has the same factory alarm as mine..there's a grommit on the passenger side bulk head (below and to the side of the abs pump) where the alarm wires run through.. i modified this grommit to thread my cable

Job done now,got my amp wired and running a suitably Old Skool sub for a '94 Golf,Rockford Fosgate 10 inch Bass Tube,Proper Old Skool :laugh:
