I haven't carried a jack or wheel brace for the last 2 1/2 years ;D
I found one in the scrappy the other day and bought it for ?4. Just in case. Trouble is if a front has a flat I've got to move a tyre from the rear cos the space saver won't go over a 280mm disc  >:(

I'm thinking about using a bonnet lifter to lift my false floor somehow. easy to get the spare out. not that I get it out much  ;)

now that you have 17's there is no point you having a spare that is smaller than a 17" rim. it is illegal to have an odd size rim on the car.

Ditch the spare Dizzy! ;D

well if I'm pulled over I'll say there's nothing under there and it takes ages to remove all the amps to lift the floor. just in case of an emergency it'll get me home. Only downside is if the flat is on the front I have to swap one off the back as the spacesaver won't go over the G60 discs on the front  >:(

I've heard tyre weld is a b1tch to clean out the tyre if you want to get the thing repaired though - just call the AA out and get them to fix it or tow you home
I don't own this anymore - I just can't be arsed to change the picture
