mine clicked like that when I snapped a tendon in my shoulder a few years ago while playing in goal at 5 a side it was clicking for a few days before and then just let go and tore tendon from the bone, couldnt lift arm above head for months

Could be early signs or arthritis setting in. I reckon il be riddled with it when im older due to all punishment my body has taken over the years.  :undecided:

Went doctors today and he said he's going to refer me to a physiotherapist to work on my shoulders. He said he thinks my rotator cuffs are fine, there's no obvious weakness in the joints so he thinks muscle strengthening will help reduce the clicking and collarbone popping out of position.
