Alhambra radio - does it need coding?
« on: 12 August 2010, 10:04 »
We've recently put a new head unit in my uncle's 2003 Alhambra. It's the standard 'Scala' head unit. The old one had packed up.

Anyway the new one seems to work but we don't have the code for it. Can I just get the code and tap it in or does the head unit need to be coded to the car with VAG-COM?

Cheers.

Would you recommend using one of these radio code website, or should I just take it down to my local car audio place?
