Took mine for a run today to try and force a regen of the gpf. It's been needed for a few weeks and other than the usual gruffer exhaust note, fuel economy has been pretty poor, averaged about 27mpg over the last few fill ups, well down on usual. Normally it clears after a decent run in regular driving but traffic has been pretty bad and lots of lengthy 50 zones have prevented it hence today's run. Did about an hour in the end again due to traffic but finally job done!

SRGTD’s advice was spot on for me👍

I'm in my second week of a regen  - I've got a motorway trip planned for the weekend so hopefully that will sort it.

Following SRGTD’s advice mine was done in less than 30 minutes, get engine to operating temperature, fast road up to 60mph, take foot of throttle and let it coast for at least 10 seconds, rinse and repeat x10👍

Great job there @Mikeyd. The underside and wheel arches of your car look factory fresh and pretty much indistinguishable from new . If Dynax is similar to Waxoyl that I used to use back in the 1980’s, it will pick up dust and fine dirt over time, but it’s protective properties won’t be compromised, and it’ll provide very good protection.

I never used to be a fan of White Silver but must admit it’s a colour that has gown on me over the years. And it’s an easy colour to maintain too .

Thankyou . The colour has grown on me a lot . Is wasn’t my first choice but when seeing it in person it looked great . The dynax uc doesn’t really pick  up to much dirt as it drys like a candle wax . But I will update next year with pictures to see how we get on

Great job! I hope the rear arches on our car comes out as good as yours.

I treated the front and rear arms when they were fitted and it really does feel like candle wax when set
