What performance coils are are there for a 18 16v kr. Which combined with good plugs and bigger htleads will give me any gains

no upgrade is required  the std system is plenty capable.      the big upgrade is COP ( coil on plug) for when running boost and want rid of plug leads alltogether and needs aftermarket managment
