I had ported the throttle body a while back, but today I removed to give it a few more touches. It's not Ess_three's extreme porting, but it's porting nonetheless.

Not driven it in anger yet as I only went for an "installation" lap, but I'm not expecting a noticeable gain from what I've done today, however from the standard throttle body to the ported one I now run there is a difference yes. Better and quicker response, and it sees to pull a bit harder mid-top end. It feels like it revs a bit more freely too.

Will organize another dyno day at JKM later on this year and let's see if I can crack the 170 mark.

No, don't want to push my luck! From what I remember reading a while back knife edging doesn't give that much gain, and get it wrong and it won't idle.

Update. Feels more responsive and seems to pick up better too. Will order more sanding drums for the dremmel and do further porting.
