Installed a chip today  :smiley:

Powerchips from ebay, Czech guy named Joe who is very helpful!

Took the car to the beach for a test drive to see how it goes. Can't really say it's a massive difference in terms of peak power, but it definitely feels smoother and torquier through the rev range. It's upgraded from tug boat to a zodiac now I think  :laugh:

I paid £25 for it. I did fit it myself, it's a push fit on the 16v  :smiley:

I won't comment on it until I've given it a GOOD testing. But Rubjonny got 6hp increase on the same dyno with back to back runs in his ABF from the same chip so I'm confident it's worth it  :smiley:
