Bit weird you did the swap with a newer car but I is guessing you wanted to experience it so :afro:.

Stuff whether it's worth it or not, the ride along the way is the thing.

So what are we doing with this engine then? Cams?

DH kept my cam, that as the deal for the conversion. DH is tea total anyway....Literally, between him and danny they must have drank about 60 or 70 cups over the weekend!  :shocked:

The experience was good. I now know more or less how to do an engine swap if I was to do it again, obviously I'd lack in experience and some knowledge though.

Plans for this is keep it reliable and running sweet until after the summer, then over the winter do some manifold work and porting. Cams and ITB's for 2011 maybe  :smiley:

Not been out for a proper hoon yet as the PAS wasn't plugged in, but it sure does like to rev in straight line! PAS is now all sorted so will be testing it out today, I'll report back!

Wherry, I am sorry for not getting mug shots. I did get that one of danny but when I asked DH for a mugshot I think he mumbled and fcuked off elsewhere  :grin:
I did have some stick on moustaches but we were on a tight schedule to get it finished in time for the ferry, so we didn't have the time.
