Yet another bluefin post citing problems... glad I listen to our Resident Expert TT and went for Revo  :smug: I can't see many posts complaining about Revo.  Hope you get your problem sorted out.

Theres only been one other Bluefin owner who had 'problems' to my knowledge and that was the fact he wasn't getting the horse's he expected................

Get yourself to the pod on the 1st Illyun and we'll see how problematic Bluefin is

Well here is an update to my 'problem'

Car was in for it's 60,000Km or 2 year service earlier this year. After the service the car has not missed a beat  Only thing I can put it down to is shot spark plugs or a partially blocked fuel filter as these were changed in the service. :undecided: Have ordered a new DV the new piston type and also have a new fuel pump cam follower sitting on my desk ready to be put in as a preventative messure, after all the car has a few KM's on it with the tune.

Now I'm thinking of getting a Milteck dump pipe and asking for a stage 2 file from Superchips, bit worried as 2 poeple I know of have had issues with the upgraded file and to fix it have had to resort to swapping tunning companies. What sort of feedback has the Stage 2 file been recieving in the UK?

Thanks for everyones help.

i've had bluefin on mine for over 2yrs and am really impressed with it. it seems that anyone with a different remap is going to believe that theirs is best. no problems there. i dont believe that there can be too much difference between them or we would all have the same one, horses for courses. i've had fantastic customer service from superchips and don't understand the negative feedback they get.i'm not knocking revo, they are without doubt, one of the leading vw tuners out there and i would have no problem having them remap my ed30, but bluefin is the option i like, easy to install - un-install, goes like hell, good value
