Last payments for MK5 Calendar needed! (On page 5)
« on: 06 December 2008, 17:05 »
Hello guys

I have sifted through the threads with regards to the MK5 Calendar. Taking in orders and have compiled an official list. The following are on it:

-Merlinman x1
-Rob MK5 x1
-Mat Ed30 x1 but possibly 2?
-Stokeballoon x1
-Stealthwolf x1
-Raw x3
-Redrobin x1
-Hurdy x2
-ManuR32 x2
-Gulfstream11 x1
-Mervman x1
-Cookiemonster x1
-JoesGTI x2
-AlanD x1
-Test_Richie x2
-Max Q x1
-Komenda x1
-Candy Turbo x1
-Whlt3R@bblT x1 (Typin that username is like trying to do a tongue twister when you are drunk  )
-Horney x2
-Jimp x1
-Vtec Abuser x1
-Illyun x1
-SteveP x1
-Dec MK2 x1
-Greenouse x1
-Soundlab x2
-WhiteGTIDriver x2
-Topdog Cat x2

Other buyers: x2

That leaving us with a total of 41 buyers

I however have ordered 45 calendars... So. I want three samples for myself and that means I need one more buyer  Anyone still want one? I will only be doing one run for this calendar. So speak now. If more than one person still wants I am happy to reduce my own personal samples down to only one. So let me know.

I have taken everyones opinions and ideas into consideration in the production of this calendar and hope that it is appealing to everyone.

Can everyone on the list above please confirm that they still want the calendars and that the amount they want is correct? I am placing the order in on monday. This is the final call!

_______________________________________________________________

Then to the owners of the vehicles in the calendar. Please can you PM me the full list of mods you have on your vehicle, the model and whether its a "normal" GTi or an Edition 30. (Even if you dont have mods please PM me and say so). Please make sure that the spelling is completely correct and that everything is accurate. I am simplying copy pasting the info into the calendar and dont want any mistakes please. Also include a single sentence about what you most enjoy about your GTi for me. OR why you find it such a good car.

The owners will then be emailed a copy of the actual calendar page they are representing on Monday so they can proof read it and confirm they are happy with it. From there onwards I can start producing. Are the owners happy with that?

I have only two other issues at the moment.

1. Joe. You said you got hold of the pic of your car? Please PM it to me or email it to me on micsta13@gmail.com
Dont bother about editing it. I will do that for you. Nick seems to be away and is not replying to my message. So its up to you Joe. Monday is the deadline. (Else Im putting an arty piccy of our GTi in there  )

2. Payment. I am working out something with my bank at the moment (permission to receive foreign money etc) and hopefully by Tuesday will PM the buyers with the essential bank details and payment method.

________________________________________________

Other than that everything is sorted. Printing will take about a week. The cases arrived on Friday (Must collect still) and the quotes on airmail postage have been sorted.

________________________________________________

And finally. I would like to thank the owners of the vehicles for their pictures and for the other forum members who have co-operated, ordered and made numerous suggestions. It all adds up in the end. The response has been really good.

Mike
