Inlet manifold 2.0 tdi

Hey guys,
Been lurking on here for AGES and never had a chance to write anything (due to my lack of knowledge and expertise)!! Now, i need some help!!

I am getting the emissions workshop message on my bkd 2.0 tdi golf(sorry its not a GTI).
after checking the fault code it's coming up with:
1) inlet manifold flap
2) cooling fans short circuit.

Could someone please tell me what part(s) i need?
Do i just need a new inlet manifold? will this include the flap?

Any help or further information would be much appreciated!!

Are the codes from a VCDS scan?

Sounds like the motor for the flap has/is malfunctioning.

VCDS? I got it scanned with the computer and it came up with the 2 fault codes!
Where is the motor for the flap? is it inside the manifold?
