It's going from 35 psi to 10 overnight.

Yeah I might try sticking it in the bath tomorrow.

What idiots. They should just pay for the repair. Will they pay for the postage back to them? Ask them if they have a lawyer.

Local newspapers enjoy this sort of thing as a feature for their money/retail "experts"

Good plan Mew :afro:
Name and shame! I can always ask our mates at the local radio station if they're interested in this sort of story

We had the same issue with a set of alloys we fitted on dads astra last year, they took the tyre off and put some black sticky stuff around the bead (think it was called beadseal) and refitted the tyre and it has been fine since.

They told us that some of the cheaper alloys can have bead sealing issues.

HTH.

Take a day off work, drive to the place, charge them for your petrol and day off work and get a new wheel and tyre.

Or just phone up Trading Standards etc and see where you stand. After all the product wasn't fit for sale!

Good point, and I presume you bought them long distance? So you're also covered by the long distance sales act.

There you go, don't suppose you bought them with a credit card?
