gt sport 170 - rear upper spoiler

Hi guys, i would like to know how the gti/r32 spoiler is arranged.

i have a gt sport with a standard crappy spoiler. from what i can see on the ed30s etc they have an extra piece of plastic bonded to a spoiler with a brake light in.

now, i hope that i can buy this part and stick it on top. anybody know if i am right?

I'm pretty sure that you can buy it from a VW dealer. I remember looking into it before. It's all one piece that sticks to the existing spoiler using industrial adhesive. If VW doesn't give you the adhesive then you can buy a tube from them for a few € more.
