6A ENGINE SWAP

Hi
I'm a new member so apologises if topic previously covered.

I know the 6A can be converted and used as a replacement for KR, but can the later ACE be used, and whats the difference between the 6A and ACE

You want the 9A block out of a corrado or passat, straight swap for a KR block.

iirc the 6A is a Audi version of the 9A so should be a straight swap for the KR. The ACE is Audi version of the mk3 golf 2ltr 16v tall block, I think  :-\.
