Didn't like the centre caps so bought these. VW part No 7D0 601 165 just in case anyone else with pro race alloys fancies the swap :cool:

Speaking of little mods I awoke after a night out to find me VW logo had come off my key so was a perfect excuse to get a new one :) This arrived yesterday (sorry about the poor photo, taken just now on phone)



Its the little touches that count ;)

Just under £24 for all four. Ordered at dealers on Wed am and picked up this dinnertime :cool:

Yeah, the bolts come with a star adapter a little like a torx screw fitting that fits inside the bolt head so that if you slip with the wrench you don't damage the alloy. It also makes it that little bit more awkward for theiving B****s to get the wheels off as they can't use a standard wrench as they are totally round on the outside :wink:

I don't know what make they are, but I'll find out for ya :smiley:

My little mod has been stripping it out ready for Donny on Sunday.. The back seat upright weighs a bloody tonne!!!

Although I might be buying some snow chains too at this rate.
