k&n
« on: 16 November 2008, 15:52 »
hello to all

k&n or pipercross cone filters that bolt on to the airflow meter.
which is the best one to get, and what will they do for the engine, i know it'll help the engine to breath, how ever has anyone had any problems with their engines overheating or anything of the like.

cheers sam

I've always used k&n's, but prefer panel filters.

I'm never buyin' a cone filter again - they use hot air from the engine meaning there are no benefits. As far as an engine is concerned it needs cold dense air other wise it'll suffer from crap miles & power loss. Short answer = Pipercross Viper
