I live in the wild west of Cornwall with salty sea air, muddy lanes and rain rain rain
so far I've washed two bucket method, clayed it twice it need it  :embarassed: SRP, then 2 coats of purple haze dodo juice, should i using some sort of sealant? if so what?

No you dont need any sealant on it. The Wax is the protection for the paint.

If you want some wax for long protection a lot of people use Coli

Just be carefull how you apply it tho.

Its a mare to get off so just do a panel or 2 at a time in thin even layers If you put 3 coats on it will last for ages  :grin:

right, i've been looking on elite cars and think i've found some....right small areas i only polish by hand is that ok with this stuff

Yeah its fine to use like that. It doesnt make a difference if you polish by hand or machine that only affects the finnish you will get with the polish.

If I remember correctly, Coli won't bond to the paint as well if you've got a fresh layer of dodo on there. Either leave it a month or so, or use SRP again beforehand.

And remember to remove and bird sh!te as soon as possible if they do end up targeting your car.  :laugh:

Golf SOLD. Replaced with a Yamaha Raptor 660 quad and loving it. This will be replaced in August with a Raptor 700. Sold the quad now got a Vectra GSI 2.5 V6 and its the nuts.

oh yeah i know all about bird poop living by the sea  :rolleyes: a covers a good idea, my vr6 is tucked up in a heated garage, but my little 8v isnt and i feel sorry for it  :embarassed:
