As we used to say in my amateur bicycle racing days - "If it works, don't mend it!!"

:afro:

After what youve been through Robin lately, that one line made me chuckle!

 - Yeah, when it stops working, that is definitely the time to mend it!!

It could have been a lot worse - Worse things happen at sea!

Funny, but recently a friend said the same thing. I might not be afraid to stand on a darkened stage under a spotlight in front of (very small) crowds, but I don't feel worthy of a bio. Besides, some of the more interesting stories I could tell might have some very serious repurcussions indeed!! And I mean at national level! The red top press could have (yet another) field day. Perhaps I should write something with a proviso that it's not published until after I'm gone.

Btw, I'm still having an interesting time occasionally - Life ain't over just yet.

Currently running Stage 1 Revo with a Forge DV... time to move on    The following is scheduled for Wednesday:

Full Milltek System (Resonated Cat Back) with torque arm insert
EVOMS Cold Air Intake (dropped the Carbonio)
   APR Fuel Pump
Bilstein PSS9/B16 Coilovers adjusted to 20mm drop or thereabouts
Eibach Front and Rear Anti Roll Bars
   Whiteline Anti Lift Kit
Stage 2 Revo with RR before and after

Plus Powerflex bushes and an aftermarket engine cover next week - as the EVOMs CAI kit means I have to take the engine cover off

I have to wait for anything else like brakes (will have to drive gingerly  )  as the cost is mounting.  Probably get brakes and Quaife LSD done early next year in February.

Yes although that was because I might have a long term job in the Middle East, but I just thought, 'sod it, I'll get it done'.  I always planned to Revo the car and put a few things in but not as much as I am doing....  but as RR says, its a slippery slope and I have fallen off the edge
