Non sticky sticky stuff

I had the windscreen replaced a few months ago and now my tax disc holder keeps falling off.

The holder has the clear sticky stuff, but it's no longer sticky,

Where can I get  some new sticky pads from?

free tax disc holder with last month's fast car. I got several from work when we send them back, but gave them all away now :(
