I want a milltek!...What are the chances of having it delivered it to Gib?

....Milltek can deliver anywhere in the world. Even Cardiff!

Be different and go for a supersprint . IMO it sounds much better than the milltek, costs more though

Don't go for a Supersprint, its borderline "popgoes your head droney" and the qaulity is so so @ best, speaking from personal experince, you would expect a £3500 full system to stop breaking its welds and having hiossy fits, not immpressed to say the least.

And they called both systems i bought LTW RACE

You'd think it was a one off on the CSL but the same thing happened on the E60 m5 and that was just a x pipe and backbox, also they take ages to reply back (eurostyling UK)

It sounds louder than a milltek but better   i think it depends if your a chav or not   ( im part chav !)

The reason it sounds better is because it has alot of backpressure which actually starts to tear the backbox open !

stick to Milltek, i wish i did. great customer service and awesome product .

Millteks exhausts are OEM quite when doddling and trawling but open the throttle and its like the heavens open !

where as in my experince the Supersprint systems are LOUD AS FUDGE all the time near redline you will honestly go deaf and if you do trackdays YOU will get booted off if you have a full system

I've had 5 different aftermarket exhaust systems on 5 different cars, Milltek were the first that asked i take them for a test drive and check for any problems, then after they checked, they checked again.

there are alot of tuners willing to take money upfront and give you a product but no service once you off the forecourt !, you know you've found a great tuner when they offer great customer service.

I think Redrobin has said that before and i can't emphasise that enough.

Well.. I couldnt make my mind up in such a short space of time. But in the end the full system sold for £600!!

Things are a little tight with the credit crunch right now.. so this might just have wait. didnt see the point in buying it, putting it on, only to have to remove it in 10 months time. Whilst paying for the fitting, removal and then fitting again.

I guess I will just have to hear one to give me that last little push in to getting one!

Going down to Gib on friday for reading week and im very very tempted to bring the car over till atleast Christmas...only problem is where would i keep it? Our stupid uni accomodation dont have parkings for student so its abit difficult! I would really love to have a car here and have been looking at a few civic type r's on pistonheads...any one reckon i could get insured on one at the age of 20 here in UK? Had a go on money supermarket and said it would be something like £4k+ to get insured.....

CTR Isnt worth as much as the .:R...would be a second hand one, not fussed about the miles on it and it would atleast have UK plates on it where as the .:R cost us about £28,000, has a nice home in Gibraltar where as if i brought it over, steering wheel would be on the wrong side of the road and then i'd be alot more worried as it could be a bit more of a target for thieves as its on foreign plates! Hope it makes sense?

Not sure if he has or not, but Davefish was threatening to post some video clips of the R32 boys leaving Weston Motorsport on Saturday on R32OC. If your not convinced yet you will be after that!!

It's a tough decision Manu, but I'd be inclined to leave her all cosy at home as it will probably stick out like a sore thumb parked on a Uni campus!  You'll appreciate her all the more on the occasions you get home too!
