It's not too hard at all - if you have the cash and can get them done professionally, then that would be best, but a full refurb could cost a few hundred quid.
If you can spray yourself then, get them sandblasted at 10-15 quid a wheel and the rest of the expenspence is up to how thorough you want to be.
There will be a difference in the quality of finish, but depends on if the wallet can stretch!
Or flog them on eBay as 'Rare gold BBS Wheels', get a packet for them and buy another set .. some mug will pay up to ?400 the moment the word 'rare' is in there
