recommend any exhaust?

I was wondering, does anyone know if i can fit a performance exhaust on a standard rear bumper golf mk4 without cutting a bit of the bumper off? im looking for sumthing in a shape of a square oval shaped one, similar to the scorpion boxer pipe. and would i also need to paint it so the the plastic wont melt?

not sure of brands etc but there is some makes of aftermarket exhaust that do make a rear box/system that will fit under the existing bumper lower peice, the bumper lower with the cut out is only around ?40 from vw any way and will look alot better and youll have a wider range of choice also the car if lowered will look odd with an exhaust nearly on the floor!!
