Chaps..for the record....my issue is not with Revo...it is actually with the dealer and the customer service received, though as I said at the outset...this was kind of, err mostly my issue for wanting the map removed under their no quibble money back scheme.
I wasnt happy with Revo whilst I had it, but tbh, I wasn't asked about driving style or any preferences...it was just loaded and I was given the keys back to take it away...only after driving for a few miles did I question the settings.
I don't really want to take the dealer to task, I am sure they were just protecting their sale but if they had been more willing to assist me then I would have gone back already and got the map reloaded and tweaked to suit my driving style. They would have been happy, Revo would have been happy and I would have been happy too. So...Not REVO CS, local dealer CS and their unwillingness to assist. But as I have alluded to from the outset...i dont think I handled it with my usual tact, sensitivity and persuasion. Hey ho.....you live and learn.
