NOT A HAPPY CHAP........

Got the car back after it went away to get the rust on the sill sorterd out. they did a very good job. gave the car a good looking over before i left the stealers and noticed a 4" scratch on the boot and a dint on it. WE CHEAKED THE CAR WHEN I TOOK IT IN.....  :sad:. knowig it was going on and off a transporter four times. now i am waiting for the a/s manager to give me a bell as he was not in the day i picked it up. so i am not a happy chap at the mo. and i even took that eos back with more petrol in it.

There is too many threads at the moment with things like this happening!! I wish people would respect other peoples property. The dumb bastards dont seem to understand by being careless they are only gonna have to do more work and at the same time receive a sh!t load of hassle for it! It seems today that most VW enthusiasts are scared of leaving there car at the dealers, I certainly am one of them!  :sad:

Sorry to hear this all too familiar story mate :angry:

If the paint is unbroken, a good dent repairer should get that out - how deep is the scratch and will it polish out ?

Pi$$er either way though..

Make sure you get a good job done at their cost.

It stinks doesn't it, I've a couple of similar experiences with them myself. Winds you up when you work hard to pay for a nice motor and they just trash it.
