Just wanted to remind you guys that if any of you are at a loose end tomorrow, SCN is taking on UKMKIV's in an inter forum RR shoot-out at Awesome GTI.

Though there are no official running slots available now, anyone is very welcome to pop along.

I've already said that I'll most likely trot along to this one. Especially as I may be stopping overnight in Blackpool after the Krispy Kremes meet. Rude not to as it is on the way back

Just a quick update from ourselves.

Know that Peter spoke to Gaz earlier in the week, and explained that the high torque figures experienced with the DSG units may be down to the way in which the cars were run down, and we are still researching this with Bosch.

In addition we are also looking into new equipment to provide consistent RPM pick up from each vehicle to eliminate the problems encountered on that front .

Take care

Here's hoping that it'll all be sorted out for the next RR.
