In need of a crane!

My engine is coming out in a week and I need to hoist a vr in there so im wondering if anyone has a crane and a liking for cash and beer. :smiley:  Cheers, Ben.

I always rent myself one from the local tool hire shop. Think it's about £30 for a whole weekend.

But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.

Got one here in Bristol you could borrow for the weekend, provided it comes back intact. (quite tough to break!).  PM me if you want to use it.

Awsome, I may take you up on that dh as im always in brizzle.  I thought about the pulley on the roof beam but it wont hold me let alone the lump!  Chuff, were you in the raf at lynham? because I met a guy on the camp with 3 mk2's he was part of the auto club, not sure if you know him?!  And conker... mate any help is welcome!   Cheers u lot!
