I've spent quite a lot of money on myself and my computer recently.  So decided today that the Golf deserved a treat for being a good girl, and not complaining about anything!

I rung them up to check they had some left in stock, they went and checked, and luckily they had one left, which they said they'd put to one side for me.  So into the Golf I hopped.



Side story, but I saw this gorgeous mk4 in their car park.  Lovely wheels, and you can't quite make it out in the picture, but inside the vents I spied a HUGE intercooler!

I love the lil extra noise it makes.  It's the perfect compromise between a noisy dump valve (crap), and a proper one    Also, to the best of my knowledge, that old air filter could well be NINE years old!

Got her some super unleaded too!  Need to do an oil change very soon as well.

Cool how much was the filter mate? Might have to get myself one until I get the Forge induction kit.
