ETKA / Bentley manuals for MK5's

Anyone got the Bentley mk5 manual ?, i have the ETKA 7 and its pretty good, but just wondered if anyone here has managed to get hold of the Bentley manual anywhere  :wink: and what its like

Haynes do a Mk5 Manual too. aint bad..

seriously, i didnt  :embarassed:, i gave up on Haynes manuals years ago as they only tended to do really old cars whenever i looked

About your Bently manauls there was some one on here mentioning they have them and that was with in the last 10 days i cant remember who though  :sad:

That was me.

I have found the Bentley Manual, cd version rather then the subscription, to be well worth the $100 it cost. It gives detailed diagrams and text of all of the car bumper to bumper. It can be a bit odd when searching for something in particular but it does have proceedures for the removal and install of everything.

One thing to note is that the free updates last a year from your first activation, after that you need to pay a sub for continued updates. These include TSB, but they tend to be the VW USA technical updates.

I use ElsaWin. Depending on what you go, for covers Audi, Skoda, Seat and VW.
