Mine's got a few sheets of newspaper under the carpeting...so not the most effective stuff for sound deadening, but I suppose it's lightweight!  (It's easy to work out the date that the previous owner did it lol)

i saw that in a mk1 fiesta once , was used to plug the holes in the floor that was dated 1984 :) was good to see the new's from back then but the floor was screwed

Surely the best place to get the proper stuff for the job would be auto upholsterer!

How much of that stuff would you need to cover say, front doors, back quarters, boot floor?
Normal is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work and driving through traffic in a car that you are still paying for - in order to get to the job you need to pay for the clothes and the car, and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it.
