19" BBS LM reps - how much?
« on: 17 October 2008, 13:55 »
To fit MKV - How much would they cost for just the alloys?

I was offered a new set yesterday for £650 and a choice of Black with red lip or silver.

size was 19" x 8.5" and the offset was 45.

The good news is that they clear the TAROX's as I tried one up against them

So my next question is - Would they poke too much and rub? as me and Gaz worked out the other week that they would poke about 18.5 mm further out than the Pescara's

During my extensive drooling research the prices i found were all about that but i thought it was possible to get the correct offset IE same as your pescy's
I would guess 18.5 mil is border line illegal poke though i am just guessing.  :undecided:

but i got my arches rolled for feck all so doesnt bother me,

also where did you see them for that price? think im going to get rid of the RS-GT's and get some nice LM's

So yours would have had an extra 5mm of poke over these then. Hmmm, this is what Gaz and myself thought too. If they had been 8" then I would have had them by now. Then again, you are a lot lower than I am with the drop aren't you Joe?

The alloys were at a place in Sheffield called Autodynamics - Tel - 0114 2431019.

Bare in mind I haggled him for that price - originally asked for £699

Mine are 18x8.5 and don't poke at all. the rolling circumference will not affect the section.

just add an inch to this pic and your golden.

They do look mega.. and are pretty hard to tell from originals. But I still think you should be going down the lightweight mag route

Im sure they'd fit without hassles though

I've only seen one lightweight mag forged alloy design I like - by Volk - £2,300 - but look euro  but can't find the link

Also like these, but I know only certain forged Volk alloys can be done with 112PCD
