I'm going to have to pull out of this, as my other half has spotted the rear badge off of the car and is not happy. If I could get a replacement rear then she couldn't argue with it but as it is I can't do it.

....No problem. Though to be honest, I don't understand how it's important if a badge is missing for a short while, but each to their own (just glad she's not my other half).

A bit off topic but still pertaining to the badges, what preventive measures should folk take to avoid someone removing the front badge?

....Concealed razor blades is the first thing that comes to mind but mine isn't removable without taking the car's whole front off!

Some people have reported that their front badges can be easily removed but mine couldn't. I would suggest a strong sealer at the back or adding something to stop it being able to twist.
