we have had the mk2 16v long before the mk5 also love the mk1 but not keen on the 3 and 4.

Mk 3 and Mk 4 too bland and fat :sad:

Mk V best of all - will have to reserve judgement on the Mk VI until I see it, but I'm not overly impressed with the look of new Scirroco. Don't plan to change the Mk V though :wink:

i actually purchaced the mk5 on the basis that the real "GTI" had returned and i think it has in some respects.

agreed, judging by the success and quality of the MK5 I think the MK6 will not let us down  :wink:

My mk5 is going next year   :sad: in place of 2 new toys  :smiley: new R6 & Mk2 GTI maybe a VR6 poss sumthin i can do up and still have money left in the bank!  :wink:
