If anyone knows how to make a car shine like that- TELL ME PLEASE!, that aint no normal polish!

Dont say that out loud or they will move this thread to the detailing section

on the black gti it looks like the front lights have been changed and he now has black surrounds?? though both cars are crying out for xenons and i agree they both need R32 rear lights.

the black one could maybe have some of those Hella ones which have a completely black look. That way it'll be a real knight rider!

both stunning cars

the guy who took the photos goes to DubbedUp Glasgow meets, his name's Loafy and he works for Golf+ mag

think everybody with the whiteworm trouble should do their wheels black, looks stunning for such a simple change,  know i'll be doing it with mine rather than chance a refurb for it to return later

I saw the white one at Ultimate Dubs earlier this year and it looked absolutely beautiful. If I didn't like my ED30 standard interior so much I'd be tempted by a re-trim like that. The only things I may change on mine are the door cards and the armrest.

To get a white to shine like that you need a PC and alot of glaze and some good wax.

Something like
http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/polishing/polish/clearkote-vanilla-moose-wax-hand-glaze/prod_119.html
and
http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/wax/dodo-juice/dodo-juice-diamond-white/prod_405.html

Remember its not just the products, you could use £2000 wax and not get as good a result as £10 wax if you hav enot prepped it properly!

Heres an old white car i did a detail on

(left side has been pc'd)

Before

After

Newer, better paint will respond much better (dont forget he is under very flattering lighting in a car park!)
