....That didn't make sense until I checked Stu's sig to see he now has a S3. I wondered why he had come to the Audi day at Castle Combe last weekend

Came to see you Robin

Here they are

Unfortunately I haven't put in the C Frame sections as when I tried them they didn't fit right. On closer inspection they both have a slight bend at one side and so I've either got to sand them down or return them

If you look at my pic of the two infill parts for the lower centre console they aren't straight and so when you fit them they do not sit flush. You can't actually see from the pic, but the second pic shows the narrow part of the frame which is the bit that is slightly curved instead of straight..........I've confused myself now

The paddles fit fine. It really is one of those modifications that is small yet you simply didn't know what you were missing until you tried them.

They are a superb piece of kit - well made, well designed and work wonderfully.

I don't find myself losing the paddles at all now. They sit easily to hand at my normal ten to two hand grip on the steering wheel instead of having to permanently seat my hands at quarter to three.
They sit at an easier position by the wheel and so feel more natural to use and when the wheel turns as I leave a T junction, I no longer have to drop to the gearstick for fear of losing the paddle position

Awesome peice of kit and gets a RedRobintastic Five star cool rating from me
