Thanks to vRStu, after i installed my cruise control and activated it on VAG-COM it didn't work, acouple of quick PM's to an froe and one engine code number later i'm up and running

Yes as you may have deduced the Octy is moving on to a new home and I now have a very nice S3 sat on the drive and no money in the bank!!  Beats losing it in Iceland I suppose 

I often get down into the Dorset area as my parents are down that way.  Also got a trip to Norwich and Warwick coming up soon if that would help anyone.
