BBS's back on, but now have a problem!!

Ok finally got round to putting my wheels back on after refurbing, but i have a problem, it seems as though there's somthing catching or rubbing on the passenger side front wheel, The sound is like when you have a stone stuck between your tread in the tyre when i goes round an round making a clicking noice but this is squeking aswel, Also after i put all the wheels on the ABS light has lit up on the dash, So i rekon there linked some how???
Any suggestions will be appritiated, as i dont think its dangerous but its bluddy annoying!!

hello mate. its probably the abs cables which are hung from clips on the struts rubbing against the inside tyre edge. Mine did this too but only after it was lowered by about 70mm. Have a look at the tyre for scoring marks or clean wear lines on the alloy. I bent the cable carriers in towards the engine and moved the rubber grip around the cable to the next rubber in the carrier. If the lights on the cabke is now probably dead too. You going to havoc tomorrow. (i'm the guy you sent a bolt too)

Cheers m8, i'll take the wheel off again tomoz an have a look, Did you fit the bolt on ok?? also when you say havoc is that a show?? or do you mean i'm gona have havoc tomoz?? i'm clueless

The bolt was fine cheers, cranked it up to 30 nm with  torque wrench and a bit of thread lock. Havoc is a free show down near brighton but seeing as your in north wales i doubt you'll want to go. i've put some pics up on my thread in readers rides over at edition if you fancy comparing wheels.

Have you seen where i'm located!!      way too far for me, i take it your going??? is it just a vag show? If you are av a good un, i've only been to 'All types' up here in North Wales, should go to a few shows when the car is up to standard, maybe E38 next year.

yeah its solely vag so should be good, last one of the season too. deffo going to the big shows next year!
a few little tweeks and the golf will almost be done........for a few months
