Ok so i managed to get the bulb out without dropping the bumper, once i moved the unit from the back of the fixing (i have the gas charged headlights) it was tight but i managed.

Bloody lucky as when i put the new bulb in it didn't work!!

Any idea's why the new bulb wouldn't work?

Thanks,

CS

Bulb not seated? Faulty bulb? Fuse?

Sits ok and the passenger one works ok so can not be a fuse (unless they run on separate ones?) I'm going to take the bulb back to VW tomorrow to swap it. It is slightly longer than the one i took out but doubt that would be the reason....

Just glad i didn't drop the bumper to find out its not just the bulb!
