Just wondered what the results were, and what the Revo settings were?

Just thinking that an S3 with revo, pump, intake and exhaust may have had it done?

Anyone? Even with CC, APR etc? Need a result with a proper intake like Dbilas (not a Carbonio), a full exhaust, pump and uprated intercooler.

Why are you looking DJ?

An S3 will give slightly different results anyway as I believe the compression ratio is different to the ED30.

Oh and I'm debating changing my Carbonio soon too....for a "proper" intake. Unsure whether it will be a dbilas as the Neuspeed one looks rather tempting.

JonnyC over on the audi forums probably comes closest with his S3 before he went big turbo.
His results from the Prosport RR was 337bhp and 342lb ft

As said im not sure the S3 is a good comparison as most owners report a standard 290 bhp when Dynod

Just wondered what sort of figure to expect on Saturday when one of a similar spec goes on the rolling road. Also interested to see which Revo settings may be best with all these mods. Peak figures are not as important as nice progressive curves to eliminate huge boost surge and fast drop off after that.

Same car on same r/r made 321bhp and 295ft-lb with Milltek TBE, Carbonio and Revo Stage 1. Settings then were Boost 6, Timing 6 and Fuel 9. Additions since include KMD Pump, Dblias Intake, S3 Intercooler and Stage 2 Revo.

Settings considered are Boost 8, Timing 6, Fuel 8 or Boost 7, Timing 6, Fuel 9

Well as you know Al, mine has the Stage 2 with TBE and I am running B8 T6 F9 and seems to go well (what difference to the settings a FP would make I don't know to be honest). I have recently tried B9 T6 F9 and that seemed to go very well in this cooler weather..

I wonder who's this similar spec car is?  :smug:

Lol.

Thing is, 6 6 9 could be used again to give a comparison, but with the bigger intercooler, more boost would hopefully still show a nice flat torque curve. The uprated pump should help where the stock pump struggled, and the extra air the car is ingesting now (noticeable audible and bum dyno change vs stock engine cover), it would be rude not to up boost a bit when there is enough fuel there to compensate.

Is it going on the rollers soon I take it?
