hi both my jacking points are gone also i have a hole in bohth sills any one know how much this is going to cost to relplace both sills as i plan on keeping this car for years to come

What MK? I was quoted about £90 to have my sills welded up on my MK2.
Passat B5.5 2.3 V5 170, with all the extras.

But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.

sorry mk3 3door by replaceing the sills it would fix the jacking points

replacing the sills wont make the jacking points strong...on my last mk3 i has them strightend and then some extra metal strips welded along the sills to make them strong again. cost me £45 a side

I've got a hole in each side on the under side of the sill too.... Jack it on the axle  :evil: (expecting flamez from hell)
