yet another scot newbie
« on: 06 October 2008, 14:19 »
greetings all,

i have been in to modding cars for years, i have just now a very trick 996 turbo 550 bhp and very nice it is too!

Now i am thinking of getting rid of my day to day car (a merc) and getting a MK5 R32 DSG,

the way forward seems to be to get the audi s4 8 pot front brake kit from amd and a miltek full system ( i have the miltek headers and system on the porker and its very good) then a re-map from rob beresford in hartlepool as he does all me re-maping,

so can you all think of anything else is should do?

your thoughs are most welcome!

RG

Firstly welcome to the forum
If you are going down the R32 root the only way to go is fit a turbo.

Welcome

You'd be looking at one of the last MKV R32's then as you can't spec them from the factory anymore

Nice Porsche too, with those LM's
