sorry to resurrect this but I've just compiled the correct list of all the parts you will need for a turbo change, K03 - K03s

Here they are and the quantity you will need.

1J0 253 115 R (turbo - downpipe gasket)
N 102 090 05 (nuts x 4)

N 013 812 8 (oil feed pipe washers x 2)
N 013 814 9 (water pipe washers x 4)

058 145 757 C (turbo oil return gasket)

06A 253 039 E (turbo - manifold gasket)
B 058 145 540 (bolts x 3)

058 253 039 L (manifold - head gasket)
N 902 002 01 (nuts x 13)

Is there anything on that list that you don't need if you have a decat pipe with gaskets and bolts waiting?

first 3 mate although I would recommend using an OEM metal gasket for the turbo to downpipe join as the one that comes with most decats is crap
