GTTDI booked in for superchips remap :)

just booked it in at Well lane Turbos, they reakon i will se around 190 bhp, its a GTTDI 150 on a o4 plate... costing me 420 including rolling road set up etc

anyone else had this done to theirs and what was the outcome, car should be pretty rapid, not too bad for a company car anyhow :laugh:

had my 130 done 9 months ago - its awesome!! more power and more MPG  :cool:

just don't expect the clutch to last long  :lipsrsealed:

no matey, did think about it but went for the tried and trusted superchips, iv had them before always been good plus getting it done on my door step down at Well lane turbo centre batley.., also thought about the G werks one as a mate of a mate does them from the main dealer here in leeds :)

not arsed too much about the money as the company is paying for it anyhow  :grin: Bonus !!


when i get the 20vt in my mk 3 might see what other prices are out their  :cool:

what BHP are you getting matey???  what do you think mine will make?? they say aprox 190? although thats just a guide, wont know till we get it on the rollers...

not sure mate - going to the RR day this Saturday to find out - Custom Code quote anything from 170-175 and 270-280 lbs ft torque (that figure was higher  :undecided:)

if its anything above 160 i'll be a happy man  :cool:

well they told me they had got 130's upto 180 bhp!!! but usually its 170 they make, just depends how healthy the lump is, mine has only 40k on the clock and is service on time every time at the dealers so it "should" be all good!

i have always had all my cars superchiped, you just cant been a remapped car!

@bobarley im paying 420 quid all in, including Rolling road set up, they say it will all take around 2 to 3 hours

had mine mapped at 83K

will be interesting to see the torque curve on yours and mine to see how smooth the maps are - i went for Custom Code as they claim to offer a smooth power delivery rather than the wham bam and you're out approach of some other companies

Guess on Saturday i'll find out for sure  :smiley:

10am friday mine is getting done, plus the rolling road tune too so ill see what the outcome is :) looking forward to it, its fast as it is so anything more will be awesome!
