Another Streched tyre Q

I've got a set of 16'' Borbet A's, 9J on the rear, fronts are 7.5J with 215 40's but they are scrubing so I'm getting some 195 45's. I want to put the 215 40's on the rear, has anyone seen or done this? am I streching them too far?

yeah that'll be fine.

I ran 9's all round with 205/45's no problemo.

Ive seen 195's on a 9j, its a monster stretch but looks cool. I have 195's on a 8j. Works ok for me.

Has anyone seen a 175,50,15 on a 8j borbet bs
or a 165,50,15 on an estoril vw rim im running 195,50 at the minute yoko a538's.

If not i'll buy one of each and find which look best on what rim

not really digging stretch on anything sub 8" wide personally.

205 40 all round on my 9's and handles fine.. kerbs are my worst enemy though
