my 2 year gti is rustin.......... help!!!!!!

Got my car brand new from my stealers two years ago. I clean it two to three times a week ( missis says i have a problum). So when doin my bit on sat wipin the sill just inside noticed five spots of rust startin to lift the paint work. so stright down to the stealers.(well pissed off). went in and showed them and he could beleave it then took a pic. It was doin my head in so decided to take it ferther and phoned the the main office and let rip..  they said they would get back to me. well she just has and said i can have £150 to spend with vw. They are going to send my car 120miles away to get sorted (not happy with that).... what are my rights? and can i take this ferther... also need help for postin pics not the cleavrist chip in my pc.... thnks. carl

christ dude, ask them how they plan on moving it the 150 miles, on a transporter or driver? 300 miles is no small amount so see if they'll pay that....

They're honouring the warranty and fixing your problem, then chucking you £150 on top. Not sure what else you'll be able to get out of them.

Not quite correct.  The paint is only covered by a 3 year warranty, whereas the 12 years is for "anti-perforation", ie rusting completely through!
