Things to put in a DIN slot?
« on: 29 September 2008, 22:10 »
I'm going to put my Sony headunit back into the mk5 since I miss the front aux and usb slots. Instead of a having a cubby hole in the second DIN slow, does anyone have some ideas for what to put in there? The only other thing off the top of my head that would fit is a slot for gauges.
Any other ideas?
Not low enough mk5
Not on the road enough mk3

Cant you get like the whole surround and stuff, like you can get for fords, so it looks like a single din and you cant tell?

gauges would be cool, boost gauge would cool, temp gauge, etc. Probs fit 3 gauges on a single DIN.

blanking plate would be cool too. llama is totally the coolest though!!! love 'em!

LL ;)
