Replacing tyres soon- 225/40/18 in Derby/Notts

Anyone around Derby/Notts who is looking to replace their tyres soon but have a couple of mm still give me a shout, after some for my old Monza II's - planning on running on them for a week or so but dont really want to buy a new set obviously as its a temporary measure.

My other option was to buy some 'cheap' one's but I just feel this would be a waste of money for what I want them for and they would be completely rubbish I bet.

i have some OEM conti 2's from the focus, i will have to have a look to check the wear on them, i will let you know
