My Letter (with 48 names on it) was delivered to VW UK's Managing Director on friday via recorded delivery, so at best would expect some written confirmation this week before a formal response 1-2 weeks after that.

Cheers, lets see if we get a result.

What the f#*?  are they talking about 2-3 months?    I was told by VW Customer services over the phone that they had already arrived?!
