eg. " Also Carnauba is very brittle. It will not stay on the paint surface for any length of time. Most of the time less than 3 weeks"

erm yes but who waxes with raw carnauba?  Its not practical and commercial waxes are blended with other ingredients to enhance durability upto 6 months 

I could go on.............

That said I must try some Zaino soon

Interesting read that  Certainly was.  

But Zaino's reply was written by a politician  How so, its based on scientific fact?

eg. " Also Carnauba is very brittle. It will not stay on the paint surface for any length of time. Most of the time less than 3 weeks" Thats a fact. Carnuba wax in its raw state is harder than concrete..

erm yes but who waxes with raw carnauba? No one does, thats why he posted the ingrediants of most carnuba wax based products. Paraffin wax and Silcone oils to name but a few. .  Its not practical and commercial waxes are blended with other ingredients to enhance durability upto 6 months  Such as Silicone Oils? 

I could go on.............

That said I must try some Zaino soon  Well  I've tried Zymol, Swissol, P21S, R222, Megs, 3M and AG. Zaino, IMO beats them all hands down in look, ease of use and durability. The only wax based product I'd use now would be Collinite.

Agreed 

That was my point all along. 

I still think the Zaino reply from your link is poor, scientifically imprecise and he did not really answer the question posed
