lowered
« on: 23 September 2008, 21:07 »
hello everyone

i've lowered my car around 60mm, was just wondering if i need to change wishbones, drive shafts.  being at a different angle all the time than a standard setup, will the bushes and what not wear quicker?

No need, mine is lower than that with no issues.

Mine was down 90mm front and 75mm back..... the driveshafts did take some stick this low, so I've raised it slightly at the front and now all is good
At 60mm it should be fine and not cause issues

Im fine an im so low i cant get my hang in the arches on standard wheels.

Work carpark has speed bumps, that cause no issues.

Well that means its not low enough!! I had to plan my route before going near speed humps as it banged the floor! now it's just a little bit higher
